Shared Goals and Values
Our goal with this project is to identify the changes in the course offerings at Carleton College over time. We want to map out the academic history and priorities of the college.
Group Expectations
Everyone should contribute to the project to the best of their abilities. There should be open communication between teammates regarding due dates, expectations, and potential conflicts. Supportive while holding each other accountable for our work.
Communication
We plan to communicate using our group chat over text. If we need to communicate with faculty, then we’ll use email and include everyone in the communications.
Disagreements
When disagreements occur, we will agree to have respectful discussions. We will use debate and majority rule to try and make decisions and if disagreements become too intense then we will get in contact with the professor.
Dividing Responsibilities
We will divide responsibilities as needed depending on what our project requires. In general, We will split the work based on submitting assignments, cleaning data, managing the project and creating the presentation but based on the needs of our project this can change.
