I thought this assignment was pretty difficult. While the basics about creating sketches and extruding shapes were easy in theory, it was hard when I had to start combining shapes and changing the surface appearance of my model. The most difficult part was creating the handle of the water bottle because I wanted it to be perfect, however I couldn’t find out how to use shapes to ensure the handle was completely symmetrical. Because of this, I made a compromise and had to be ok with the handle not being perfectly uniform.

Fusion 360 is definitely a great program! As just a beginner, I was able to make this model. I can imagine that this program would be helpful for modeling historical artifacts that are either difficult to access or no longer exist. A tip I would recommend for beginners is to use a mouse! Being able to scroll to zoom in and out really helped me.
